大学章程制定背景下的高职院校校训文化建设——以湖南省49所高职院校大学章程文本分析为例

摘　　要：高职院校的校训应该包含高水平技艺的实践性、多元化目标的价值特质、以及产教统合的文化特质。以湖南省49所高职院校为例,高职院校校训的现实样态表现为形式高度单一,重视语词对偶整齐与普遍价值的宣示,对职业院校特性彰显不够,同质化严重。职业院校校训应该彰显职业教育本身的基因特性,引领职业教育文化发展,突出职业性和社会服务性。According to the general connotation,function and orientation of university motto,the motto of higher vocational colleges should include the practicality of high-level skills,the value characteristics of diversified goals,and the cultural characteristics of the integration of industry and education.From the articles of association of 49 higher vocational colleges approved by the education department of Hunan province,it can be seen that the reality of the school motto of higher vocational colleges is highly monotonous in form,emphasizing the declaration of the regularity and universal value of words and phrases,which is not enough to highlight the characteristics of vocational colleges and seriously homogenized.The motto of vocational schools should highlight the genetic characteristics of vocational education,lead the development of vocational education culture,and highlight the vocational and social service.
