摘  要:“双减”政策的出台预示着基础教育进入了重新定位出发的新阶段。面临新的教育改革契机,教育提供者需要重新思考国家发展需要什么样的人,引导学生能够成为什么样的人。如何下好“双减”这盘棋,走好教育这步路,为国家培养后备人才,建设高质量基础育体系,成为当前教育领域的重要议题。基于新出现的教育场景,重读、深度研究陶行知生活教育思想,对其中蕴含的人才培养观进行再审视,为推动基础教育回归育人本质,释放学生创造活力,提升教育质量、创新教育方式、重构教育生态,带来启示性作用。The introduction of the“double reduction”policy indicates that basic education has entered a new stage of reorientation.Facing the new opportunity of education reform,education providers need to rethink what kind of people are needed for national development and what kind of people they should guide students to become.How to play the game of“double reduction”well,take a good step in education,cultivate reserve talents for the country,and build a high-quality basic education system has become an important issue in the current education field.Based on the emerging educational scene,this paper deeply studies Tao Xingzhi’s thoughts on life education,and re-examines the concept of talent cultivation contained in it,which will bring enlightenment to promote basic education to return to the essence of educating people,release students’creativity,improve education quality,innovate education methods,and reconstruct education ecology.
