摘　　要：产教融合为“双师多能型”师资队伍建设提供了重要的支撑,但也面临一些困难。该文探讨了当前存在的主要问题,包括高水平行业专家引入困难、师资队伍构成失衡、团队融合不够、建设机制不完善等;为了解决上述问题,提出了师资队伍培养的4条路径,并分析了成都农业科技职业学院产教融合工作室建设的实践方案。The integration of industry and education provides important support for the construction of a“dual teacher and multi ability”teaching staff,but it also faces many difficulties.This article explores the current challenges faced,including difficulties in introducing high-level industry experts,imbalanced composition of teaching staff,insufficient team integration,and imperfect construction mechanisms.In order to solve the above problems,paths for cultivating the teaching staff have been proposed,and provide an example of the construction practice plan for the production education integration studio of Chengdu Agricultural College has been discussed.
