摘  要:该研究以大鼠阴茎海绵体神经损伤性勃起功能障碍模型为教学案例,通过早期在医学本科生中进行动物模型构建来评估其对学生科研及临床能力的影响。结果发现通过,进行动物疾病模型构建后,学生的科研能力明显提高(28.69±2.46 vs 22.38±3.37,P<0.01),临床能力中外科洗手(8.12±1.07 vs 5.81±0.75,P<0.01)、缝合及打结(45.38±5.66 vs 36.96±4.60,P<0.01)均大幅度提高。满意度调查显示,绝大部分学生认为该教学模式可以有效提升科研及临床水平。The objective of the study was to analyze and evaluate the application effect of improving scientific research and clinical ability of medical undergraduates based on animal disease model construction.A rat model of cavernous nerve injury related erectile dysfunction was established by medical undergraduates in the early stage to evaluate its influence on the students’scientific research and clinical ability.At the same time,a questionnaire survey was conducted to evaluate students’satisfaction with the teaching model.After the construction of animal disease model,the students’scientific research ability was significantly improved(28.69±2.46 vs 22.38±3.37,P<0.01).Also,the clinical ability of surgical hand washing(8.12±1.07 vs 5.81±0.75,P<0.01),suture and knotting(45.38±5.66 vs 36.96±4.60,P<0.01)were significantly improved,respectively.The satisfaction survey shows that most students believe the teaching mode can effectively improve their scientific research and clinical level.The animal disease model training can effectively improve the scientific research and clinical ability of medical undergraduates,and has been recognized by the students.
