摘 要:高质量的实践教学是培养高素质药学应用型人才的保证。为实现高质量的实践教学,必须健全和完善实践教学评价机制。该研究通过设置4个一级指标,并在此基础上设置11个重点评价观测点的二级指标,采用国际广泛使用的改良导向评价模式(CIPP),结合药学专业特点,建立实践教学评价体系,以期全面、客观地评价药学专业实践教学效果。同时,不断提高实践教学质量,最终更好地培养药学应用型人才。High quality practical teaching is the guarantee for the cultivation of high-quality pharmaceutical applied talents.In order to achieve the high quality of practical teaching,the evaluation mechanism of practical teaching must be improved and perfected.In this study,four primary indicators were set up,and on this basis,11 secondary indicators of key evaluation observation points were set up,a practical teaching evaluation system was established by adopting the internationally widely used improved oriented evaluation model(CIPP)and combining the characteristics of pharmacy specialty.With a view to comprehensively and objectively evaluate the effect of practical teaching in pharmacy.At the same time,we should constantly improve and improve the quality of practical teaching,finally,we would better cultivate pharmaceutical application-oriented talents.
