摘　　要：面对日趋严峻的就业形势,提升大学生就业指导课程质量已成为就业教育的重要任务。该文从大学生就业指导课校本化实施现状出发,深入开展大学生就业指导课教学改革校本实践,经过不断调整和优化,通过革新教学理念、改革教学模式、突出实践教学、强调团队评价等一系列校本化措施,使大学生就业指导课教学质量显著提高。Faced with the increasingly serious situation of employment,advancing the quality of career guidance course has become an important task of employment education.This article starts from the current situation of career guidance course school-based implementation,carries out the school-based practice of career guidance course teaching reform deeply.After adjustment and optimization,it is found that the teaching quality of career guidance course has been significantly improved through a series of school-based measures such as innovating teaching concepts,reforming teaching mode,highlighting practical teaching and emphasizing team evaluation.
