摘　　要：该文对师范类高校工程训练中心建设的需求进行了分析,设计并制定了师范类高校工程训练中心建设的思路。通过校内工程训练专业和课时的安排、教学方式和管理模式的转变、工程训练人才培养模式的完善、安全管理机制的健全等,提出师范类高校工程训练中心建设的方法,结合师范类高校现状,充分发挥工程训练中心对工科专业人才培养的支撑作用,促进师范类高校工科专业人才培养质量和学生创新能力的提升。This paper analyzes the construction needs of engineering training center in normal universities,designs and formulates the construction ideas of engineering training center in normal universities.Through the arrangement of engineering training majors and class hours,the transformation of teaching methods and management modes,the improvement of engineering training personnel training mode and the improvement of safety management mechanism,this paper puts forward the construction methods of engineering training centers in normal universities,and gives full play to the supporting role of engineering training centers in the training of engineering professionals on the basis of the current situation of normal universities,and promote the training quality of engineering professionals in normal colleges and universities and the improvement of students’innovation ability.
