摘 要:基于汽车产业正加速融合新能源、自动驾驶、智能网联、人工智能等变革技术,社会亟需技术技能型和应用型汽车人才,而该专业传统的教学模式不能满足社会对人才培养的需求。因此,与企业深度合作,构建“岗课赛证创”一体化课程体系,并应用到汽车电气设备课程中,创新设计教学模式,开展“预导学练评拓”六步层层递进教学,实现课程体系与职业岗位、课程内容与职业证书、课程模块与职业大赛三融通发展,使学生学习主动性提升,练赛结合,练就过硬真本领。Based on the fact that the automobile industry is accelerating the integration of new energy,automatic driving,intelligent networking,artificial intelligence and other innovative technologies,the society is in urgent need of skilled and applied automobile talents,and some original teaching modes of the major can not meet the needs of talent training in the real society.Therefore,in-depth cooperation with enterprises,build an integrated curriculum system of"post course competition certificate creation"and implement it into the curriculum of"automobile electrical equipment",innovate the teaching mode,carry out the six-step progressive teaching of"pre guidance practice evaluation and extension",and realize the three-step integrated development of curriculum system and professional posts,curriculum content and professional certificates,curriculum modules and professional competitions,so as to improve students’learning initiative and combine practice with competition to practice excellent real skills.
