校企合作模式下基层林业人才继续教育探讨——以中南林业科技大学为例

摘　　要：在越来越重视科技兴林、人才兴林的背景下,聚焦基层林业人才队伍的职业基础素养培养、加大校企合作力度、构建校企协同培养人才模式具有重要意义。该文主要阐述了校企合作模式下基层林业人才继续教育培养模式,分析了目前基层林业人才继续教育培养存在的问题,从基层林业人才培养目标、培养课程、教学模式、保障体系等方面探讨了校企协同模式下基层林业人才的培养模式,并以中南林业科技大学校企合作模式的实践为例进行了具体分析。As the increasing emphasis has been given to developing science and technology and educating talents of forestry,it is of significance to improve the basic professional accomplishment of grassroots foresters,promote the cooperation between college and enterprise,and develop the college-enterprise cooperation training mode.In this paper,we investigated the continuing education mode of grassroots foresters under college-enterprise cooperation through training objective,training curriculum,teaching schema,and assurance system and explored the shortcomings of current continuing education mode of grassroots foresters.Additionally,the detailed applied analysis was made using college-enterprise cooperation at Central South University of Forestry and Technology as an example.
