摘  要:在当前“三全育人”的环境中,高校围绕立德树人的根本目标,培养具有工匠精神的“双创”人才显得尤为重要。该文从工匠精神的角度出发,以OBE理念为指导,以轨道交通专业为实例,探讨如何构建融入工匠精神的“四位一体”的“双创”人才培养体系。该文提出人才培养的价值塑造、知识学习、能力培养、“双创”培育四位一体化模式,结合“双创”人才的表现特征,通过各类创新创业活动和项目实践的途径和方法,构建了融入工匠精神的高职“四位一体”“双创”人才培养体系,为高职“双创”人才培养模式研究和改革提供了有益的借鉴。In the current environment of"Three-wide Education",it is particularly important for universities to cultivate innovative and entrepreneurial talents with the craftsman spirit based on the fundamental goal of cultivating people through virtue.From the perspective of the craftsman spirit,under the guidance of the OBE concept and the rail transit major as an example,this paper discusses how to build a“four-in-one”innovative and entrepreneurial talent training system integrated into the craftsman spirit.This paper puts forward“four-in-one mode”which include value of talent training,knowledge learning,ability training,innovative and entrepreneurial talent training,combined with the characteristics of innovative and entrepreneurial talent,through various kinds of innovation and project practice ways and methods,this paper builds the four-in-one talent training system for innovative and entrepreneurial talent into the craftsman spirit,provides a useful reference for the research and reform of the talent training mode of innovative and entrepreneurial in higher vocational colleges.
