摘　　要：湖南环境生物职业技术学院长期以来一直致力于园林技术专业的教育改革与创新发展,通过开展"创业者说创业"主题讲座、组建"园林创业先锋队"、招建现代学徒制试点班、开展短期学徒培训班等教学实践,突显师兄传道、师兄解惑、师兄授业在学校与企业"双主体"育人机制中的重要作用,创建"师兄带师弟"新型师徒人才培养方式,助力学生成长成才。Hunan Polytechnic of Environment and Biology has been committed to the education reform and innovative development of landscape technology major for a long time,through carrying out the teaching practice of"The entrepreneur says to start a business",setting up"the pioneer team of garden start a business",recruiting and setting up the modern apprentice pilot class,developing the short-term apprentice training class,etc.,it highlights the important role of brothers’preaching,brothers’resolving doubts and brothers’teaching in the"double-subject"education mechanism of schools and enterprises,and creates a new type of training mode of"brothers and brothers"to help students grow and become talents.
