摘 要:目前我国的行政法教学面临教学体系的开放性与教学时间的有限性冲突、教学方法与能力培养不相匹配和教学内容的抽象性与社会生活关联度不大等诸多困境,需要予以积极回应。大数据时代的到来不仅开辟了新的行政法教学研究领域,而且丰富了行政法的教学内容与教学方式。适宜从优化教学内容、合理安排教学时间;改进教学方法、推进情境化教学模式以及革新教学方式,建立网络互动教学模式方面进行改革,着力提高学生学习行政法的兴趣,便于其掌握行政法的要义与精髓。At present,the teaching of administrative law in our country is faced with many difficulties,such as the conflict between the openness of the teaching system and the limited teaching time,the mismatch between the teaching method and the ability training,and the low degree of relevance of teaching content and social life,We need to respond positively.The arrival of big data era not only opens up a new field of administrative law teaching research,but also enriches the teaching content and teaching methods of administrative law.It is suitable to carry on the reform from the aspects of optimizing the teaching content,arranging the teaching time reasonably,improving the teaching method,promoting the situational teaching mode and innovating the teaching method,and establishing the network interactive teaching mode,so as to improve the students’interest in learning the administrative law and grasp the essence of the administrative law.
