“一带一路”倡议下的农职教育国际合作与交流实践探索——以黑龙江农业经济职业学院为例

摘  要:中国国家主席习近平在2013年9月和10月分别出访哈萨克斯坦和印度尼西亚时提出共建"丝绸之路经济带"和"21世纪海上丝绸之旅"两大倡议,并称"一带一路"。"一带一路"重大倡议的提出为高职院校的发展带来了新的机遇和挑战。高职院校需要深化交流合作,激励改革创新,以培养能够满足沿线国家企业发展需求的,具有国际化视野的高端技术技能型人才。笔者简要介绍了"一带一路"倡议下高职院校国际合作与交流的意义,结合黑龙江农业经济职业学院实际提出在开展国际合作办学过程中一些工作思路和设想,仅供同类兄弟院校参考。During his visits to Kazakhstan and Indonesia in September and October 2013,Chinese President Xi Jinping put forward two major initiatives to jointly build the"silk road economic belt"and the"21 st century maritime silk journey",which were called"One Belt And One Road".The proposal of"One Belt And One Road"brings new opportunities and challenges for the development of higher vocational colleges.Higher vocational colleges need to deepen exchanges and cooperation,stimulate reform and innovation,in order to train high-end technical talents with international vision who can meet the development needs of enterprises in countries along the belt and road.The author briefly introduces the significance of international cooperation and exchange in higher vocational colleges under the"One Belt And One Road"initiative,and puts forward some working ideas and ideas in the process of developing international cooperative education based on the reality of Heilongjiang vocational college of agricultural economics,which are only for the reference of similar colleges and universities.
