摘　　要：深入探索校企合作有效模式,与行业、企业专家共同开发由典型工作任务驱动的知识与技能一体的专业核心课程,加强实践课程建设,发挥课程思政全方位育人功能,构建"基于工作过程"的课程体系,实现课堂与生产现场的无缝对接,提高电气自动化专业人才培养质量。We need to explore the effective model of cooperation between colleges and Enterprises,develop professional core courses that contain knowledge and skills driven by typical work tasks with the profession and the enterprise experts,strengthen the construction of practical courses,play comprehensive education function of ideological and political theories teaching in all courses,build the curriculum system based on work process,achieve seamless connection between classroom and production site,improve the nurture quality of electrical automation professionals.
