盲人医疗按摩人员再教育模式研究

摘　　要：自2009年我国开展盲人医疗按摩人员考试制度以来,中国残疾人联合会组织开展了盲人医疗按摩人员再教育工作,提升了盲人医疗按摩人员业务水平,保障了医师与患者的合法权益。但盲人医疗按摩人员在教育培训中仍存在教学效果有待提升,教学内容有待统一,异地培训认证机制亟需建立等问题。本研究从精细化教学管理机制建立、再教育培训形式研究和教学内容多样化发掘3方面对问题解决路径进行探讨,以期建立更完善的盲人医疗按摩人员再教育模式。Since China implemented the examination system for blind medical massage personnel in 2009,China Disabled Persons’Federation has organized and developed the re-education work for blind medical massage personnel,which has improved the professional level of blind medical massage personnel and guaranteed the legitimate rights and interests of physicians and patients.However,there are still problems in the education and training for blind medical massage personnel,including that the teaching effect needs to be improved,the teaching content needs to be unified and the off-site training certification mechanism needs to be established urgently.In this paper,the paths of solution to the problems are discussed from three aspects,such as the establishment of refined teaching management mechanism,the study of re-education training forms and the exploration of diversified teaching contents,hoping to build a more perfected re-education model for blind medical massage personnel.
