摘　　要：大学生学科竞赛是地方院校提高人才培养质量特别是创新能力的重要途径.莆田学院信息工程学院探索出以竞赛为核心,"教学赛创"四位一体的人才创新能力培养模式,通过竞赛改造教学和实践体系,提炼更新教学内容,改变学生学习模式,较好地将人才创新能力培养与新工科建设快速融合,解决了新时期地方院校工科人才培养质量难提高的问题.Discipline competition is an important way for local colleges to improve the quality of talent training,especially the innovation ability.The College of Information Engineering of Putian University has explored a talent innovation ability training mode of"teaching-learning-competition-innovation",which takes competition as the core.This mode quickly integrates talent innovation ability training with new engineering construction.Through the competition to transform the teaching and practice system,update the teaching content,change the students’learning mode and solves the problem of improving the quality of engineering talents training in local colleges.
