摘　　要：为提高中医院校急救医学教学质量,培养学生自主学习能力和临床胜任能力,基于急救医学教学现状和PBL优势,我教研室对《中西医急救医学》课程开展以PBL为核心的综合改革的探索。文章介绍了以PBL为核心改革的目标和主要手段,给出具体的实施方法和注意点,最后对实施效果进行讨论和总结。In order to improve the teaching quality of emergency medicine in traditional Chinese Medicine Colleges,cultivate students'autonomous learning ability and clinical competence,and based on present situation of emergency medicine teaching and average of PBL,our research group make a comprehensive reform exploration of the emergency medicine combined Chinese and Western Medicine as the core of PBL.The paper introduce the aim and main means of revolutions as the core of PBL,and give the specific implementation plan and attentions,finally make the discussion and conclusion of the implementation effect.
