摘 要:Objective: the experiment will focus on the implementation of drug therapy for patients with hyperuricemia. The research focuses on the analysis of the application results of febuxostat combined with allopurinol. Methods: the experiment selected patients with hyperuricemia as the main body of the investigation, and the patients admitted from June 2019 to May 2020 were cut off in the time period. The patients were divided into two groups by using the random number method for comparative study, and the changes of 78 patients' conditions were recorded. The patients in the control group were treated with allopurinol, while those in the observation group were treated with febuxostat combined with allopurinol, and the therapeutic effect was analyzed. Results: from the treatment results, the results of serum uric acid, serum creatinine and urea nitrogen levels in the observation group were better than those in the control group, with significant difference (p < 0.05). At the same time, in the estimation of glomerular filtration rate, the indexes of patients in the observation group after 4 weeks and 12 weeks of treatment are better than those in the control group, and the difference is statistically significant. Conclusion: the combination of febuxostat and allopurinol is effective in the treatment of hyperuricemia, and is helpful to improve the related indicators of blood uric acid. The rehabilitation level of the patients is good and has clinical promotion value.
