Effect Analysis of Omeprazole Combined with Clarithromycin on Chronic Gastritis

摘　　要：Objective: the theme of this study was to observe the improvement of omeprazole combined with clarithromycin in the treatment of chronic gastritis. Methods: this study will start in February 2020 and end in February 2021. A total of 66 patients with chronic gastritis who received treatment in our hospital during this period of time will be enrolled in this study. The 66 patients will be divided into two groups on average by means of lottery, from the conventional components to 33 patients. Patients in this group were treated with omeprazole alone;The study group was assigned 33 patients who were treated with clarithromycin in addition to omeprazole. The treatment response rate, C-reactive protein level and post-treatment symptom score were compared between the routine group and the study group. Results: the total effective rate in the study group (96.96%) was higher than that in the conventional group (72.72%), P < 0.05;The level of C-reactive protein in the study group was lower than that in the routine group (P < 0.05). The clinical symptom score of the study group was significantly lower than that of the routine group (P < 0.05). Conclusion: in the treatment of chronic gastritis patients clarithromycin patients treated with omeprazole and give combination therapy can effectively improve the patient's clinical symptoms, reduce the level of C-reactive protein, eliminate inflammation, and the combination will not increase the patient's adverse reactions, the security is higher, patient acceptance is bigger also, suggest the popularization and application.
