The Efficacy of Omeprazole Combined Clotting Enzymes in Treating Chronic Gastritis Combined with peptic Ulcer Bleeding

摘　　要：Objective: to analyze the efficacy of omeprazole combined clotting enzyme in treating chronic gastritis combined with peptic ulcer bleeding. Methods: a total of 80 patients with combined peptic ulcer bleeding from chronic gastritis from August 2019 to August 2021 were admitted to the hospital Example, random grouping, single drug group to give omeprazole, combined drug group to give clotting enzyme combined with omeprazole. Comparing the duration of bleeding of two groups of peptic ulcers, the time of blood transvagination of stool, and comparing the hematology, inflammation and total efficiency of the two groups before and after treatment. Results: the duration of peptic ulcer bleeding in the combined drug group was 3.01±0.23d,and the time ofstool transvaginal blood transvaginal was 4.15±1.01d shorter than that of a single drug group 4.89±1.41d and 6.56±1.18d,P<0.05 /b129>. The total efficiency of the combined drug group was 100.00%(40/40)higher than that of the single drug group 32(80.00),P <0.05. Blood indicators and inflammation in the combined drug group were better than in the single drug group,with P<0.05. Conclusion: The combined effect of omeprazole and clotting enzyme is accurate, and in terms of hemostatic effect and improvement of body inflammation and hematology index, the effect of clotting enzyme combined with omeprazole is better.
