Analysis of Clinical Efficacy of Donepezil and Ginkgo Biloba Leaves in the Treatment of Senile Dementia

摘　　要：Objective: Alzheimer's disease is a very common clinical disease, and the incidence of diseases will increase with the increase of age. It is a common clinical geriatric disease and a neurological problem that is difficult to overcome in the world. Relevant data survey shows that there are 46 million Alzheimer's patients in the world, which is expected to reach 130 million in 2050, and the economic burden will increase to 800 million dollars. China's patients with Alzheimer's disease account for 25% in the world, of which about 5% are over 65 years old and about 23% are over 85 years old. It can be said that Alzheimer's disease is not only a major health problem in China, but also a medical problem that needs to be solved urgently in the world. It is necessary to find a more effective treatment to prevent the formation and development of Alzheimer's disease. This paper will explore the treatment of donepezil and ginkgo biloba leaves. Methods: every year, the hospital receives a large number of elderly patients, especially senile dementia patients. This time, 50 typical senile dementia patients were selected as the main body of this study, and a total of 50 cases were clinically treated according to their actual conditions. One was treated with Ginkgo biloba leaves, the other with donepezil, the first with control group, and the second with observation group. The curative effect after treatment was evaluated and compared. Results: because of the influence of diseases, many patients' cognitive level is obviously poor, even some patients don't know their relatives at all, and their memories are confused. In order to improve these symptoms, symptomatic intervention was carried out this time, and some patients in the control group still did not recover after treatment. The overall analysis of patients' satisfaction after treatment shows that the condition of most patients in the observation group is gradually improving, and they are very satisfied with this clinical treatment.
