Efficacy of Mosapride and Omeprazole in the Treatment of Elderly Reflux Esophagitis

摘　　要：Objective: to evaluate the efficacy of mosapride + omeprazole in the treatment of senile reflux esophagitis. Methods: From June 2019 to June 2020, 80 cases were counted. The subjects of the study were the elderly patients with reflux esophagitis in our provincial hospital. They were divided into two groups according to the random number table method. The control group was treated with omeprazole, and the observation group was treated with omeprazole combined with mosapride, with 40 cases in each group. The therapeutic effects of the two groups were evaluated and compared. Results: the total effective rate of the two groups of patients was significantly higher than that of the observation group (P<0.05). There was no significant difference in adverse drug reactions between the two groups (p > 0.05). Compared with the clinical symptom score and gastric function index, the difference before treatment was insignificant. After treatment, the symptom score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group, and the levels of gastrin and motilin in the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group, with statistical significance (P < 0.05). Compared with the quality of life scores of patients in the control group, the results of the observation group were obviously higher, and the difference between the groups was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion: the clinical application of omeprazole + mosapride in the treatment of elderly patients with reflux esophagitis has high pharmaceutical value. It can not only relieve the symptoms of reflux discomfort, but also effectively regulate the levels of gastrin and motilin in patients and promote their early recovery. It is worthy of clinical adoption and application.
