摘 要:Objective: to compare the clinical efficacy of esomeprazole and omeprazole in treating gastric ulcer. Methods: a total of 80 patients with gastric ulcer in our hospital from October 2019 to September 2021 were selected as subjects, and 40 patients in each group were divided into two reference groups by the method of 1:1 random number table. Esomeprazole enteric-coated tablets were 20mg/ time, and the reference group was given 20mg/ time twice. The reference group was treated with esomeprazole enteric-coated capsules 20mg/ time for comparison. Results: compared with the reference group, the total effective rate of the reference group was significantly higher than that of the reference group (P < 0.05). There was no difference between IL-6 and c- reactive protein before treatment (P > 0.05). After treatment, there was significant difference between IL-6 and C-reactive protein. Compared with the control group, the level of active protein in serum decreased significantly and il-19 was expressed. The results showed that protein 6 and C-reactive protein were lower than those of the control group (P < 0.05). Reference group acid reflux, abdominal distension and stomach pain; The remission time of gastrointestinal exercise and ulcer healing time were shorter than those of the reference group (P < 0.05). Compared with the reference group, the incidence of drug side effects was significantly lower than that of the reference group (p<0.05). Conclusion: esomeprazole is better in the treatment of gastric ulcer, which is helpful for the treatment and prognosis of gastric diseases and can reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions.
