Efficacy of Aspirin and Statins in Treating Cerebral Thrombosis

摘　　要：Objective: to analyze the clinical treatment effect of statin and aspirin drugs in patients with cerebral thrombosis. Methods: 60 patients with cerebral thrombosis admitted to our hospital from July 2020 to July 2021 were selected and divided into the study group and the control group according to the different clinical treatment schemes. There were 30 patients in each group. The clinical treatment drug selected by the former group was aspirin + statins, and the clinical treatment drug selected by the latter group was statins. Then the clinical efficacy, NIHSS score, plasma viscosity, whole blood viscosity Plaque area and other indicators. Results: in terms of the total clinical effective rate of the patients, the study group and the control group were 96.67% and 63.33% respectively, and the comparative difference was prominent, with statistical advantages (P < 0.05). It can be found that the NIHSS score of all patients is significantly reduced through treatment, but the reduction in the study group is larger. The difference between the two groups is prominent, with statistical advantages (P < 0.05). Moreover, before and after treatment, the plasma viscosity, whole blood viscosity, plaque area and other indexes of the two groups were not significantly different (P > 0.05);After treatment, the above three indexes of the study group were significantly better than those of the control group, and the contrast difference was prominent (P < 0.05). Conclusion: during the clinical treatment of cerebral thrombosis patients, the combination of statins and aspirin can significantly improve the treatment effect, which is more significant than that of aspirin alone. Therefore, the comprehensive treatment scheme has strong practical significance and is worth to be fully implemented in the front line.
