摘　　要：学科发展、培养质量和管理水平是我国音乐专业研究生的教育培养的核心问题.本文结合本院研究生管理工作论述了对这些问题的认识.The subject development,the cultivation quality,and the management level are the key questions of the music major graduates education in China.In this paper,the author illustrated the fundamentality of these questions,and discussed several cognitions on these questions according to the graduate management works of its own academy.
