摘　　要：本文从国内网络教育和学习者的实际出发,提出以学生学习支持的建设为突破口解决网络教育质量的问题,分析了建立学生学习支持的迫切性,并一般性的提出了建立学生学习支持的原则:系统性原则、服务性原则、实际性原则、有效性原则。Based on the study of the current situations of China's online education and learners in China, the paper argues that the learning support service for students is the key to the success of online education. It also analyzes the urgency of establishing the learning support service and proposes four principles of doing so, namely, systematic principle, service principle, practical principle and effective principle.
