On the Development Trends of Information Literacy Education in the Colleges and Universities from the Perspective of the Characteristics of the Textbook Contents

摘  要:通过对近三年出版的具有代表性的文献课教材的抽样调查,对现行教材内容的特点进行分析和归纳,并从中总结出当前信息素质教育发展的新动向:信息素质教育要强调全面培养学生的信息意识、信息技能和信息道德;只有注重实际教学效果,强化检索实践,关注社会需求,才能不断拓展文献课的作用和影响;教材内容必须及时反映信息资源变化及信息检索技术的最新成果,尤其需要突出信息创新意识、创新技能以及信息道德规范教育。Through the sampling investigation on the information retrieval textbooks published in the latest three years,the article analyzes the characteristics of the textbook contents and induces the trends of the present information literacy education.The article holds that the textbooks not only inject vitality and vigor into the teaching but also push forward the activity of information literacy education further.It points out that the information literacy education emphasizes the cultivation of information consciousness,information techniques and information morality on the whole.Only if the actual teaching effect is paid full attention to and the retrieval practice is intensified and the social demands are concerned about,could the effect and influence of the course be expanded.Moreover,the content of textbooks should timely reflect the changes of information resources and the new achievements of information technology.It especially stresses the education of information innovation consciousness,innovation techniques and moral criterions.
