摘　　要：本文先分析了数字图像的二值化处理,在此基础上提出了对模糊运动影像的处理方法并建立了运动模糊图像的识别数学模型(FSVM)最后结合高速运动飞机的实验,表明本文提出的方法和同类方法相比是有效的.This paper shows the way that how to deal with the binary high speed movement photos, basis on which we suggest that how to deal with the fuzzy movement photos and create degenerate mathematics framework(FSVM). In the end, we show that our method is better that the others through the experiment of high speed movement plane.
