摘  要:新课改下课堂教学质量观的变革主要表现为对传统教学质量观的扬弃与超越,这可以从"显性与隐性"、"一维与多维"、"短效与长效"、"少数与全体"的几对关系中得到说明。但是,从质量观的更新到教学实践对教学质量的追求,有一个复杂而综合的转换过程,在这一过程中难免发生种种偏差,只有对这些偏差不断矫正才可逐渐逼近更新的质量观的期求。The contemporary renewed idea about instructional quality has discarded and surpassed the traditional one.This can be illustrated in these four relations:dominance and recessiveness;signal dimension and multi-dimension;the short-term effect and the long-term effect;the minority and the whole.From the idea's renewal to the pursuit of practical improvement,however,there is a synthetically complex process of conversion in which some deviations will be not avoided.Only when these deviations have been corrected from time to time can we approach to the pre-set goal.
