摘　　要：英语阅读“盲”症有多种表现,致“盲”的原因也是复杂的。运用自主学习策略,建立“课内教师强化意识、树立信念、传授策略、培训技巧;课外学生自定计划、自选材料、安排时间、自行阅读、评价结果”的教学模式,加强实践训练,可以治疗英语“盲”症,提高学生的阅读能力。'Blindness' in English reading, whose cause is complicated, manifests itself in many aspects. By autonomous learning strategies, establishing the teaching mode of 'raising consciousness, building up confidence, imparting strategies and cultivating skills by teachers in class; making plans, selecting reading materials, assigning time for reading and evaluating the results by students themselves after class' as well as putting emphasis on more reading practice, we can get rid of the 'blindness' and improve students' reading ability.
