摘　　要：当前中等职教教育科研工作中存在科研意识薄弱、整体协作不够、支撑体系不强等主要问题.加强和改进中等职业教育科研及管理工作的建议是:以服务为宗旨、转变观念、增强科研意识;以就业为指导,改革创新中等职教科研意识.There are such problems as weak awareness,insufficient cooperation,and few support in the study of vocational science.In the paper,the authors put forward the suggestions for enhancing and improving the study of vocational education: enhancing the awareness of scientific study through centering on service and change the concept,innovating the awareness of scientific study of vocational education through the guidance of taking up an occupation.
