摘　　要：文章分析了黄炎培先生职业道德教育意义、内容、方法等方面的一系列重要主张和实践,他有关职业教育一旦缺失了职业道德教育即失去了存在意义的思想,对当今技术教育占上风的职教界,有着重要的启示作用。HUANG Yan-pei not only put forward a series of theories on work ethic education including its significance,contents and methods,but also practiced them.He pointed out that it was meaningless to develop vocational education if work ethic education was not there.His idea of work ethic education is meaningful to today s vocational education which stresses technical education to the most.
