摘　　要：人的学习和成才的过程,受智力因素和非智力因素的共同制约,其中非智力因素起决定性作用。高校要重视女生非智力因素的开发,向女生提供可获得持续性发展的教育,使她们受益终身。People's study and growth are infmenced by both intelligent and non-intelligent factors,of which the latter has a decided effect.Higher education should pay more attention to the non-intelligent factors' development of female college students and provide sustainable education for them.
