摘　　要：研究了具有Beddington-DeAngelis功能反应和密度生育的捕食-食饵系统,得到正平衡点存在的条件,进而证明正平衡点是渐近稳定的.In this paper,we study the predator-prey system with Beddington-DeAngelis functionul response and density-dependent.The conditions for existence of positive equilibrum are obtioned.Furthor,we proof that positive equilibrum is asymptoticaly stable.
