摘  要:教育科学发展观是科学发展观的重要组成部分,其基本内涵为:一是以人为本,二是全面、协调、可持续发展,三是全面推进教育创新.教育科学发展观认为,教育是人的教育,是对人的价值意义的认定,教育的目的是对人的身心发展有意识、有目的地进行直接影响,从而提高人的知识、技能和素质,发展人的智慧,陶冶人的情操,使人的个性得到发展.教育的可持续发展是把优先发展、全面发展、协调发展、平等发展观念注入教育发展的观念中.教育的发展不仅要自觉地把握和尊重教育的客观规律,而且还要尊重社会和经济发展的客观规律.The scientific outlook of education development is an important part of the scientific outlook of development. It has three basic connotations. One is being based on human; the second is the whole development, the melody development and the sustainable development; the third is promoting the education originality comprehensively. It believes that education is human education, is the approval of human value. Its aim is to directly affect human's physical and mental development on purpose, to amplify human's knowledge, skill and quality, to develop human's wisdom to mould human's sentiment, to develop human's individuality. The sustainable development of education is to instill the conception of the prior development, the whole development the melody development and equal development the conception of education development. The development of education should grasp and respect not only the law of education but also the law of society and economy development.
