摘　　要：针对软件工程专业教育现状,分析了人才培养中存在的问题,讨论了以人本理念推进专业教育教学改革的措施,提出并实施了在人才定位、课程观、课程体系改革、实践环节建设、专业方向设置等方面的具体做法。In this paper,against the concurrent status of software engineering specialty education,the existing problems in talent-cultivation are analyzed.Some measures to improve speciality teaching reform are discussed.And some detailed measures in talents orientation,curriculum thoughts,curriculum reform,practical teaching system construction,and specialty direction setting,et al are proposed and put into effect.
