摘　　要：高职院校津贴分配制度现有的模式已取得一定成效,但高职院校分配模式在运行中存在一定问题,反思高职院校分配制度改革,采取各种有效措施使高职院校分配制度更加科学。The article focuses on the reform of subsidy distribution system in the vocational colleges from the following aspects:the current pattern of subsidy distribution system in the vocational colleges and the effect,the analysis about the problems existing in the operation,and how to adopt various effective mea- sures to make them more reasonable.
