摘　　要：校本课程开发赋予了教师一定的专业自主权 ,使教育能更好地发展学生的个性。教师是校本课程开发主体中的核心因素。School-based curriculum development brings to teachers speciality decision-making power in some degree,which enables education to make the students's personality develop better.In the process of school-based curriculum development,the teachers act as the role.Hence,the teachers's quality which matchs the school-based curriculum development is required..
