摘　　要：以食品胶体粉末———卡拉胶为对象 ,对其进行臭氧杀菌处理 ,并对其效果作了较全面的研究和分析 ,探讨臭氧对卡拉胶粉末杀菌的作用情况 ,取得了良好的效果 ,对粉末类产品的生产起到一定的指导作用 ,为粉末杀菌开辟了一条新思路 .Aiming at gum powder-Carrageena, applying ozone into the processing of the powder when sterilized. Analyzing the result of sterilization, exploring the possibility of ozone sterilization in the processing, getting a good result, and have a guidance of ozone applying in powder products, offering a new method of sterilization in the processing of powder products.
