摘　　要：微机械是一门新兴的技术 ,微机器人是机器人研究领域里的一个重要方向。本文阐述了微机械和微机器人的发展现状及在一些领域中的应用 。Micromachine is a rising technology,and microrobot is an important direction in the field of robot's research. This paper presents development and application of micromachine and microrobot in some fields,and introduces the domestic and oversea latest research harvest and development of correlation technology.
