摘  要:目的 :了解我省学龄前儿童的营养状况。方法 :对 661名日托儿童进行为期 5d的膳食调查、体格检查及生化检测。结果 :三大营养素 (蛋白质、脂肪、碳水化合物 )及热量的摄入量各占供给量的 98.9%、98.0 %、87.2 %和92 .6% ,三大营养素及热量供应达到标准。三大营养素的产热构成比为蛋白质占 14 .2 5 %、脂肪占 2 6.95 %、碳水化合物占 5 8.70 % ,配给较合适。豆类及动物性蛋白占总蛋白的 5 3 .3 5 %。每人每日各种无机盐和维生素的摄入量除钙、磷、VB1、VB2 供给不足外 ,其余均达供给量的 10 0 %以上。体格检查 ,发现营养良好占大多数 (大班81.2 5 % ,中班 82 .60 % ) ,但大班、中班各有 13 .75 %、13 .70 %的儿童出现过重或肥胖。生化检查的结果发现VB1不足占较大比例 ,其中男生为 14 .3 % ,女生为 2 1.4 %。结论 :需加强营养知识宣传 ,以提高整个社会人群合理营养的知识水平。Objective: To learn the nutrition status of pre-school children in our province. Methods: 5-days'dietary survey, anthropometric measurement, and biochemistry test were employed. Results: Take-in quantities of three main nutrients (protein, lipids, and carbohydrate) and energy were 98.9%, 98.0%, 87.2%, and 92.6%, respectively, which meet the recommended standard. Among total energy, the energy from protein, lipids, and carbohydrate was 14.25%, 26.95%, and 58.7%, respectively. Among the proteins, high-qulity one was 53.35%. Except calcium, phosphoms, vitamin B 1, and vitamin B 2, inorganic salt and vitamins were over 100% RDA. The results of anthropometric measurement showed most of children were in good nutrition (81.25% in high class, 82.60% in middle class). In high class obesity was found in 13.75% of children, while it was 13.70% in middle class. Biochemistry test showed the deficience of vitamin B1 was the most serious (14.3% of boy and 21.4% of girl). Conclusion: We must promote the propagation of nutrition knowledge to improve understanding level of in rational diet in people.
