摘　　要：面对21世纪的契机与挑战 ,为主动适应市场经济和高校体育事业的需要 ,高校体育教学必须以素质教育为前提 ,进行全方位的改革 。In the face of the chances and challenges of the 21st century,in order to suit the requirements of the development of the market economy and the physical education in the 21st century,this paper thinks we should aim at quality education,enhence the reform of the physical education teaching in every ways,so that the quality of the physical education teaching and college students can be improved.
