高职教育职业能力培养存在的问题及对策

摘　　要：随着高职教育的迅猛发展,高职教育为各地经济社会发展,培养了大批急需的高等技术应用型人才。但在高职学生职业能力培养中,部分高职院校还存在着一些亟待解决的问题。本文从职业能力的理解、专业设置、"双师型"教师队伍建设、实践技能培养和评价体系等方面,对高职学生职业能力培养中存在的问题进行了分析,并提出了相应的对策。With the rapid development of higher vocational education,it has trained a large number of imperative high-technology talents for the economic and social development.However,there are still some problems which need to resolve in some higher vocational colleges.The paper makes a through study of professional training-ability questions from the understanding of the professional capability,setting of profession,building the type of Double-teacher,training in practical skills.
