摘　　要：为适应新时代对人才素质的要求,改基础物理实验教学传统的"三阶段模式"为"四步实验教学法"。重新确立目标取向——培养创新型、实践型人才;明确以思维能力培养为教学重点;教学组织策略以"任务引领"取代"目标引领";职业技能教育渗透在实验教学过程中,取得了良好的教学效果。In order to adapt to the quality requirements for the talent to the modern time,the author changes the traditional "three stages-experiments educational model" of the experimental teaching for the basic physics into "four steps of experimental teaching methods" educational reform and practice.Emphatically,the author expounds the experimental teaching must re-establish the goal-orientation;raising creative and practical person so as to adapt to the quality requirements for the talent to the modern time;The e...
