摘　　要：利用组合杂交有限元法能够在几乎不增加计算量的情况下增强低阶位移格式数值精度的特点,作者讨论了采用最简常应力模式时组合杂交格式对非协调Wilson元的改进。数值试验表明改进后的格式能达到比Wilson元更高的数值精度。The combined hybrid method can improve numerical accuracy of low order displacement schemes without increase of computational cost. This paper is devoted to improvement of the nonconforming Wilson's element by the combined hybrid method with the most simplest stress mode—the constant mode. Numerical experiments show that the improved version can attain a higher numerical accuracy than that of Wilson's element.
