高职教育教师法规制度建设的研究

摘　　要：我国教师法律、法规体系的基本框架己初步形成。面对入世的挑战,高职教育的师资队伍建设要以“三个代表”的重要思想为指导, 树立正确的法制观念、“人本”观念和可持续发展的观念,针对高职院校师资队伍的“双师素质”、“兼职教师队伍”等特色建设开展法规制度的研究。The basic frame of the teacher's laws and regulations system in our country has been initially formed.Facing the challenge of entering into WTO.the construction of teaching staff in higher vocational education should begin research and practice of teacher's laws and regulations system,guided by the important ideology of 'three representatives',establishing concepts of the first main task,correct laws and regulations system,human resource and continuous development and in the light of the features of 'two kinds of qualifications'and 'part-time teachers'in the teaching staff of higher vocational education.
