摘　　要：伦理学就是给人们提供如何生活的知识和怎样为完善生活而行为的方法和途径的学问。因而,使人成为道德的人,构成了伦理学的道德目标。在这一道德目标规范下,伦理学必须为人能够成为道德的人提供必须的知识学和方法论。《新伦理学》同样需要以此为出发点,但它却沿着近代以来的科学伦理学路子,把目标锁定在创建科学的伦理学体系上,所追求的内在目的,是为时代存在发展提供优良道德体系和科学的方法论。Ethics is a branch of learning that tells people how to live and how to act in bettering their lives.Thus,the moral goal of ethics is to moralize man.Ethics must be able to provide necessary knowledge and methodology in making man moral.New Ethics is toward this goal but follows a modern road developed by scientific ethics in an aim to build a scientific ethics system,to establish high morals,and to offer methodology for the development of modern society.
