浅析培养创新型图书馆员的继续教育

摘　　要：继续教育是应新时代高校图书馆员提高自身素质要求的反映。对于高校的长足发展而言,通过继续教育来培养创新型馆员是不可缺少的。但当前继续教育达到了一定的广度却缺乏相应的深度,对于培养创新型馆员并未充足发挥其应有职能。本文就这个问题展开,探讨如何适应形势来深入开展继续教育,从而培养出具有创新精神的图书馆员。The continuing education is under the request of new times for the university librarians enhance their own quality.For university's considerable development,It is necessary to train liabrians who have innovated ideas.But we can say the current continuing education already achieved certain breadth actually but lack of depth,which has not displayed its proper function sufficiently regarding the raise of librarians who have innovation ideas.This article launches the discussion on this question about how to raise the liarbrians who have innovation ideas to adapt the situation.
