摘  要:以340名中学教师为研究对象,以"教师职业倦怠问卷"为研究工具,对教师职业倦怠问题进行了研究。研究发现,中学教师职业倦怠并不严重,成就感较高,中学女教师情感枯竭维度显著高于男教师,专科组教师情感枯竭维度与成就感维度均显著高于本科组教师,教龄因素对职业倦怠各维度均有非常显著的作用。Taking 340 middle school teachers as the research objects,and taking 'Teachers' Occupational Languor Questionare' as the research tool,this research discusses the influence of different teacher characteristics to the teachers' occupational languar.The results indicate:(1)the middle school teachers' occupational languor is not serious and their sense of accomplishment is relatively high;female teachers have an obviously higher degree of emotional exhaustion than male teachers,(2)teachers group graduating from college have significantly higher emotional exhaustion and sense of accomplishment than the undergraduate group,(3)teaching time of the teachers significantly influences teachers' occupational languor in any aspect.
