摘　　要：TQM(Total Quality Management)是企业管理现代化、科学化的一项重要手段和方法。将TQM应用到成人教育中,其核心任务就是提高学校各部门和教师的工作质量,从而保证学校的教育服务质量。它的基本特点是从原来的考试把关为主,变为预防改进为主,从管考试结果变为管影响教学质量的因素,运用科学管理的理论、程序和方法,使成人教育的教学过程完全处于受控状态。TQM(Total Quality Management)is the business management modernization,a scientific important method and the method.TQM applies to the adult education in,its core duty is enhances the school various departments and teacher's work quality,thus guarantees the school the education grade of service.Its essential feature is checks from the original test primarily,becomes the prevention improvement primarily,becomes the tube influence teaching quality from the tube test result the factor,the utilization scientific management theory,the procedure and the method,causes the adult education the teaching process to be at completely is controlled the condition.
